  • 12 cardamom pods, gently crushed
  • 8 whole black peppercorns
  • 8 whole cloves OR 4 drops Clove Vitality
  • 4-inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 cinnamon sticks OR 3 drops Cinnamon Bark Vitality

  • Bring all ingredients except tea bags and oils together to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Add tea bags and oils and let steep for 5-10 minutes (longer steep time will result in stronger tea). • To use: Mix equal parts concentrate with water or milk to make chai tea.

Healthier Cinnamon Spice Brownies

  • 1 cup oats
  • ⅓ cup cacao powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 drops Thieves Vitality
  • ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips for mixing and topping
  1. Place eggs on the counter and allow them to reach room temperature. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. If you are having trouble getting the paper to stick in place, lightly grease the pan and set the parchment on top.
  3. In a food processor or blender, add oats, cacao powder, baking soda, and salt. Blend until the oats turn into a fine flour-like texture.
  4. In a separate dish, melt coconut oil in the microwave or on the stove. Allow to cool but not harden.
  5. Add room-temperature eggs, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and Peppermint Vitality to the food processor and process until everything is well combined. Use a rubber spatula to scrape down the edges in between pulsing, if needed. You will be left with a thick batter.
  6. Once all of the ingredients are fully incorporated, add ¼ cup chocolate chips or more if you enjoy a stronger chocolate flavor. Stir into the batter.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared dish, then use the spatula to smooth the batter evenly into the pan. Top with extra chocolate chips.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges of the brownies look cooked through and a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center.
  9. Let the brownies cool, then cut and serve.

Cinnamon Spice Mocha

  • 2 cups strongly brewed coffee or espresso
  • 2 cups milk of your choice
  • ¼ cup cacao powder (you can also use 2T cocoa powder + 3 oz dark chocolate chopped)
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup or raw honey
  • 3 drops Thieves Vitality
  • Pour milk into a small saucepan and place over medium heat. Whisk in the cacao powder (or whatever chocolate you're using) and the maple syrup. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer uncovered for 5-10 minutes, whisking as needed until smooth.
  • Remove from the heat and when slightly cooled add 2 drops of Thieves Vitality (the flavor is bold, so start with 2 drops and add more if you want!) Place the cocoa mixture and the coffee in a Vitamix or other high-powered blender (or use a handheld frother), and blend on medium speed for 30 seconds until frothy. Divide into 4 mugs, top with whipped cream, marshmallows, or both!

Thieves Hot Cocoa

  • 4 cups milk of your choice
  • 8 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tsp honey, or more to taste
  • 2 drops Thieves Vitality essential oil
  • Heat all ingredients, except the oils, in a pot over the stove, until just hot. Don't boil. Remove from heat, add the essential oils and stir to combine. Serve in your most festive mugs and top with whipped cream, marshmallows, a candy cane, or all of the above!
